SOEM Organization & Management is an operating management consulting Company founded in 1989 in Turin, an area of strong experience in the manufacturing field, on the initiative of managers and management consultants.
In more than two decades of operation the Company has been able to create a strong leadership in the manufacturing market by merging most important cultural and historical experiences, i.e. Olivetti's and Automotive, and creating a methodology based upon strong know-how combined with a marked sensitivity to savings, within the frame of Lean Manufacturing and in compliance with ethical and ergonomic issues.
