- STANDARD COST MANAGEMENT CONTROL: is the methodology used for the economic evaluation of business

- VALUE MANAGEMENT: methodology used in all projects;
- BRAINSTORMING: meetings of multifunctional working groups (middle management / square) based upon the
methodology of value management; - PRELIMINARY STUDY early projects aimed at defining cost reduction targets and proposals for action in each area
using the methodology of "value management" and "brainstorming"; - PROFIT SHARING CONTRACT WITH "SUCCESS FEE": agreement proposed by Soem to the customer on the basis
of a "preliminary study", where cost reduction targets and fixed project cost are pre-defined, and a variable success
